We are seeking performance-driven Team Leader – Sales for our car dealership to lead, motivate, and develop our frontline sales team.
Guide frontline sales consultants to meet monthly and yearly volume goals.
Track showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, test drives, and vehicle deliveries. Help sales executives close difficult or high-value corporate deals.
Track performance metrics and present sales reports to senior management.
Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
Qualification - any degree
Location - Thiruvananthapuram
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
