We have an prospect in ACG Value Links for Senior Accountant who is responsible for end to-end financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting processes. The role ensures accuracy in financial data, compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting to support business decisions.
Role & responsibilities
Budgeting & Reporting:
Preparation of annual budget for the financial year
Monitoring budget vs actuals and highlighting variances
Monthly MIS reporting including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.
Audit, Tax & Compliance:
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Coordinate and manage statutory audits and tax audits
Provide data & support for file GST returns, Audits & assessments to • Corp GST Team
Quarterly advance tax working & assist in tax assessments
Handling Qualified Tax returns and payments
Secretarial compliance including filing of Form 8 & Form 11
Accounting & Banking:
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Invoice processing in SAP
Verification and submission of bills to Shared Service Centre ensuring correctness of GL codes, cost centres etc
Verification of employee travel expenses as per company policy
Monitoring receivables and debtor balances
Coordinate with SSC team for Vendor invoice processing & payments. • SAP transactions including Bank charges & Fixed deposits entry postings
Liaise with banks for all documentations, approvals & payments
