Role: Business Development Associate Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
Onboard recent healthcare partners and generate patient loan referrals.
Visit hospitals regularly & Generate The Leads
Interact with patients and help them understand loan/crowdfunding options.
Generate leads and support the application/documentation process.
Track leads, conversions, and daily performance.

Requirements:
Graduate
1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
English & Hindi mandatory.
Comfortable with regular local travel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
