About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and sales-oriented Director – Business Development & Sales to lead business development and client acquisition initiatives across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, sales, client acquisition, and senior-level relationship management, along with an established network among real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and key decision-makers.
This is an ownership-driven role for a skilled who can independently identify opportunities, open new accounts, develop markets, build senior relationships, and consistently convert prospects into business mandates.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Independently generate leads,



acquire recent client mandates, and convert opportunities into business.
Build, manage, and maintain a solid deal pipeline to achieve defined business targets.
Conduct regular market mapping to identify real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and potential clients.
Leverage and expand an existing network of senior decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Establish and nurture relationships with new developers, hotel owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Develop a strong understanding of the regional real estate, hospitality, and investment landscape.
Track upcoming hotels, resorts, branded residences, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Identify emerging markets, projects, and potential sales opportunities before they formally enter the market.
Represent Noesis in senior-level client discussions, industry meetings, and business development initiatives.
