We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil HOTO professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in handling the handover and takeover processes for civil projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the handover and takeover process for civil projects
Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for a smooth transition
Collaborate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure timely completion
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in HOTO processes
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Work Experience
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
Excellent project management skills
