Position: Senior HR Executive (On-site, India) — a hands-on role for an operational HR generalist who will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: source, screen, interview coordination, and candidate closure in partnership with hiring managers.
Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth recent-joiner experience, documentation, and probation tracking.
Maintain and update HRIS records; ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs and act as liaison with payroll vendors to ensure timely, accurate salary processing and statutory contributions.
Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, provide guidance on policy interpretation,



and support performance-management workflows.
Ensure local statutory compliance (labour laws, PF/ESI/Tax filings) and generate regular HR reports and metrics for leadership.
