Responsible for getting quotes for promotional items, Admin services, capital project purchases, managing contracts including, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, and evaluating for availability, price, term, and quality of product.
Co-ordinating bid process in ARIBA and ensuring compliance, policies, regulations. Knowledge of developing different MIS. Improving purchasing method/process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Current vendor development and maintain vendor master data.
Co-ordination with various departments for their requirements.
Operational understanding of RFI/RFQ/RFP process.
Vendor negotiations with vendor for the best proposition for the organization.
Making Comparative Analysis & getting required approval as per DOP/ SOP.
Delivery follow-up & Co-ordination with supplier.
Manage procurement (Indirect-Purchase) activity at PAN India.




Rate Contract/Agreement for commonly procured item.
Generate MIS report through SAP/ARIBA
Spend Analysis.
Vendor performance evaluation & vendor Audit.
Audit Compliance.
Meeting with different OES' to optimize and reduce the cost by negotiating
Coupon Handling and uploading in CTS. Maintaining MIS for coupons records
Coordinating between Production and Vendor for uninterrupted flow of coupons.
Vendor Audit and capacity mapping of vendors for critical items
Monthly review open EPRs/ PO's

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge in Ariba
Knowledge of spreadsheet applications like MS Excel, PPT presentation
Overall knowledge of execution and sourcing
Preferably from lubricants, chemical, FMCG
