Key Responsibilities – l

Business Development & Sales Growth

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to generate current business prospects in fabrication, heavy fabrication, sheet metal, structural, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and build relationships with OEMs, companies, industrial clients, and key customers; manage customer requirements, negotiations, and long-term business relationships.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research to identify recent customers, projects, industry trends, and competitor activities,



and develop strategies to improve the company's market presence and revenue.

Technical & Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with Engineering, NPD, Production, Estimation, and Quality teams to understand fabrication capabilities, prepare technical-commercial proposals, costing, quotations, and ensure successful project execution.

Team Leadership & Business Targets

Lead and mentor the marketing/business development team, set sales targets, monitor performance, develop key accounts, and drive revenue growth while achieving organizational business objectives.
