Responsible for ensuring maximum availability, reliability and protected operation of VIM furnaces and associated plant equipment by establishing robust preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance systems.
The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance of VIM furnaces, induction power systems, cooling-water systems, vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, electrical/control systems, utilities and associated alloy manufacturing equipment, with a robust focus on eliminating recurring breakdowns and minimizing production downtime
Diploma holders with substantial VIM/induction-furnace experience may also be considered.
8 - 10 years total maintenance experience, with at least 5 -6 years in induction melting/ VIM/ vacuum metallurgy/ specialty alloy/ foundry operations.
