Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's overall relationship with the bank
Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide tailored solutions and products to meet the diverse needs of customers
Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively advise and guide customers
Contribute to the development and implementation of branch-level strategies and action plans
Provide regular feedback and insights to management on customer trends, market dynamics,



and potential areas for improvement

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and a track record of cross-selling and up-selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to address customer needs
Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the bank's products and services
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the branch
