What You'll Do
Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care
Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning
Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops
Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand growth
Step into leadership opportunities as the studio expands

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience teaching both Chair and Reformer Pilates
Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-secure modifications
Explicit, inspiring communication - both verbal and tactile cueing
A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Polestar, Stott etc)
Comfortable in English and Hindi
