We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead for our Commercial Leasing department. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of leasing professionals, managing commercial leasing activities, and ensuring the successful leasing of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals to achieve leasing targets
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
Negotiate lease agreements and terms with potential tenants
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends
Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any leasing-related issues
Work Experience
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
Proven track record of driving commercial sales and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
