Job Location: Noida/Bangalore, : Senior Java Developer, dPDM Role: Backend Engineer Spring Boot Microservices (EKS/AWS) Organization Description Within R&D; IT Solutions, the Product Creation Applications (PCA) department is responsible for providing and supporting the R&D; design community globally with best-in-class applications and support. The applications are used by over 4000 designers Job Summary Were looking for an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot on Amazon EKS. Youll own services end-to-endfrom API and domain modelling, to containerization and CI/CD, to observability and operational excellenceworking closely with product, architecture, and SRE.

Responsibilities - Design end-to-end Spring Boot microservices with clean architecture and domain-driven design.
Define API contracts, schemas, and integration patterns
Lead performance tuning, scalability improvements, and resiliency designs.
Implement advanced patterns: circuit breakers, retries/backoff, distributed tracing, idempotency.
Integrate with AWS services: RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, MSK/Kafka.
Own CI/CD pipelines with automated testing,



security scans, and rollouts.
Build observability: metrics, logs, tracing dashboards.
Perform code reviews, mentor juniors, and drive engineering best practices.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions.
Debug live production issues alongside SRE/DevOps teams.

Requirements - University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
>10 years backend experience, with deep expertise in Spring Boot.
Robust knowledge of microservice architecture & distributed systems.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience
Skilled in designing resilient systems and performance tuning.
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/SQS/SNS).
Robust SQL and/or NoSQL background.
CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins).
Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry etc).
Ability to lead design sessions and mentor developers.
Used to working in global environment and should be adaptable to learn recent skills and follow industry trends. Microservices, Java, Spring boot
