Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of real estate residential projects from start to finish
Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Proven experience in supervising residential projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate regulations and standards

Work Experience

Should have worked with developer for RCC as well as shell works with exp of best quality works and should know best safety practices. should be able to coordinate with vendors for effective progress at site, should be able to document the required documents for billing, audits.
