Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction activities in office to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards with proper understanding of the drawings.
Resolve technical queries , provide guidance to construction teams and take daily measurements from site.
Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.
Coordinate with project coordinators, subcontractors, and purchase team to ensure productive workflow.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
Address and rectify any deviations from quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.




Identify and address construction-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of problems.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and progress.

Requirements:
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

*Understanding of health and safety regulations.
