We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Site Operation for our Ground Mounted Solar Power plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing the operations of a solar power plant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Ground Mounted Solar Power plant




Ensure smooth functioning of the plant and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure regular upkeep of the plant
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications
Previous experience in Ground Mounted Solar Power plant operations
Robust understanding of solar power technology and systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
