Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
Create reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking metrics.
Collaborate with business, security, and compliance teams.
Required Skills:
ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience
JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer
REST/SOAP integrations
Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Governance processes
Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or NIST frameworks
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow CSA
CAD
CIS-GRC/IRM
ITIL Foundation Certification
