WE ARE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / STRATEGIST

We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager / Strategist to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Research trends, competitors, algorithms, and content ideas
Create content concepts, captions, hooks,



and video scripts
Work closely with the video shoot and creative team
Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall performance
Understand the creator, influencer, and personal branding ecosystem

Requirements

1.5–2.5 years of experience in Social Media Management/Strategy

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite preferred

Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Hindi

Creative, organised, proactive, and able to work well with a team
