We are looking for an experienced and responsible Spare Parts In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the Spare Parts Department in our Calicut Workshop
Manage daily operations of the Spare Parts Department.
Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
Handle parts ordering, receiving, inspection, storage and issuing.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Coordinate with the Service Department, Workshop, Bodyshop and Accounts Team.
Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving and non-moving spare parts.
Ensure proper binning, identification and storage of parts.
Monitor parts consumption, stock ageing and inventory value.
Prepare and maintain daily/monthly stock and parts-related reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of required parts.
Control stock discrepancies, shortages and excess inventory.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership/OEM processes.
Guide and supervise Spare Parts staff.

Experience:- 4 Years in Spareparts Dept Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
