Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Sourcing & Screening: Post job ads, use social media, attend job fairs, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, provide regular updates to candidates, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensure a positive experience. Hiring & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, process recent hire paperwork, and assist with orientation. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to employment laws, and generate reports on hiring status.
Pay: ₹18,880.07 - ₹47,548.86 per month
