Key Responsibilities:

Identify Customer Needs: Listen actively to customer inquiries and needs, offering tailored solutions or recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain Records: Accurately document calls, customer responses, and feedback in our database to help improve our services and track customer interaction.
Follow Up: Regularly contact leads and follow up on previous calls to nurture relationships and increase sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Team: Share insights and suggestions with team members to improve calling strategies and enhance overall performance.
