Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the activities of steel fabricators and production crew members.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in steel fabrication and production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to steel equipment and machinery.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in steel production.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and production, preferably as a foreman.
Solid knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, including rolling, drawing, and forging.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols in steel fabrication and production.
