Role: STEM Trainer

Location: Chikkabidrarakallu, Nagachandra Post, Bengaluru, North, Tumkur Road - Bangalore

Working Hours: 9.5 Hours

Role Summary The STEM Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on STEM learning experiences in partner schools through robotics, coding, electronics, AI, and engineering-based modules.

This role ensures that STEM curriculum is translated into real-world learning outcomes, where students actively build, experiment, troubleshoot, and demonstrate understanding through project-based learning.

The trainer is responsible for high-quality classroom delivery, robust student engagement, and reliable program execution, while representing Ennoble professionally within partner schools.

The role is critical because the trainer is the last-mile executor of organisation’s learning promise to schools and students.

Core Mandate The core mandate of the STEM Trainer is to deliver STEM programs with consistency, engagement, and measurable learning outcomes, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with technology while maintaining high operational discipline in classrooms.

The trainer owns the end-to-end execution of STEM sessions, including preparation, delivery, student engagement,



project facilitation, equipment management, classroom discipline, reporting, and coordination with schools.

The trainer must ensure that:
Every session runs smoothly and on schedule
Students actively participate in hands-on learning
STEM projects are completed successfully
School coordinators have a positive experience
Program operations run without disruptions

Ideal Background
The strongest candidates typically come from technical or STEM education backgrounds.

Preferred Education:
B.Tech / B.E. (Engineering)
BSc Computer Science / Electronics / Physics
Robotics / Mechatronics programs
STEM education programs

Preferred Experience:
STEM instructor / robotics trainer
Coding instructor
Teaching assistant in STEM subjects
STEM education facilitator

Technical Skills
Basic electronics and circuits
Robotics kit usage
Programming logic (Scratch / Python / block coding)
Understanding of engineering problem solving

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
