Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory levels
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
Organize and maintain the store layout for easy access to products
Supervise store staff and provide training as needed
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

Qualifications
Previous experience in the Distillery industry preferred
Proven experience as a Store In Charge or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
