Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled with experience in textile/manufacturing hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across plant and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle hiring for manufacturing plant
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.

Requirements:




1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Prior experience in textile, apparel, garment or manufacturing hiring preferred.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
