About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition qualified with experience in chemical manufacturing or related manufacturing industries to manage end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Handle hiring for manufacturing plants
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and industry networks.
Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Manage offer negotiation, documentation and joining.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical positions.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Work closely with business and functional heads to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements




2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Prior experience in chemical, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical or manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Positive understanding of manufacturing/plant hiring.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring targets simultaneously.
