Area Manager Farm Solutions

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

To contribute to the achievement of Sales Targets as set through effective sales techniques; promotional campaigns and Customer Interaction to create, maintain and develop awareness about the product line.

Key Individual Accountabilities

OPERATIONAL
Sales and Collection
Monitor & successfully execute sale of all products to achieve set targets
Inform customers of pricing, discounts on products and motivate channel partners to achieve targets
Ensure timely placement of products in the market
Ensure achievement of collection targets
Demand Generation/Sales Promotion
Develop demand generation field activity plan in consultation with MDOs
Participate in all field campaigns as per norms

Technical knowledge of the product line of agricultural Inputs.- seeds, fertilizers and pesticides
