Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Proposal & Sales Executive who will handle technical and commercial proposal preparation, telecalling, customer follow-ups, lead generation, and sales coordination.

This role is suitable for a fresher who has positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in technical sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team.
Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for lead generation.
Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and proposals.
Maintain lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Assist in generating current business opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Valuable convincing and telecalling skills.
Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of preparing documents and quotations.
Hindi, English, and Marathi communication preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or any relevant field.
Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
Candidate should be confident in customer interaction and telecalling.
Willingness to learn technical proposal preparation and sales.
