Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with clients, and support day-to-day office activities including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound & inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services and generate quality leads.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update Excel reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements




Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualified and customer-focused approach.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate./Post Graduation
Positive communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
