Receive and handle customer complaints related to solar system performance and service.
Understand and troubleshoot technical issues through phone/WhatsApp and site visits when required.
Coordinate with service technicians and project teams for complaint resolution.
Schedule and follow up on service visits.
Monitor complaints until they are completely resolved.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service visits, and resolutions.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding system operation and basic troubleshooting.
Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the concerned team.
Coordinate warranty-related service issues with suppliers when required.
Ensure timely customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare daily/weekly service reports and update management on pending complaints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
