Production responsibilities
Execution of production activities with expected quality and efficiency.
Operating, cleaning, and maintaining machines used in the production processes.
Performing line clearance, machine set-up, and change-over activities as required.
Handling of material on production shopfloor as per SOPs.
Timely & accurately maintaining applicable production records and checklists.
Ensure adherence to set SOP's and WI's.
Other responsibilities
Perform & maintain a high standard of housekeeping (5S) in the production area.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the production area as per the set standards.
Adhere to personal health guidelines.
Comply with safety and environmental guidelines.
Ensure compliance to regulatory & statutory requirements.
First level troubleshooting of production equipment.
Initiate & support continuous improvement activities.
