Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, follow up on leads, understand customer requirements, and drive customer visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries and calls professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up regularly on leads generated through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Convert qualified leads into customer visits at the centre.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending and future leads.
Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth customer conversion.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.




Prepare and share daily calling and sales performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
