Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, or emails professionally.

Eligibility
Experience: 02 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Work Schedule
Work From Home.
Night shifts.
Monday to Saturday (6 working days).
