What you will do
Design and develop AI-powered systems using local LLMs and RAG pipelines to analyze and interact with mobile applications
Build agentic workflows / autonomous agents capable of generating scenarios, exploring app behavior, and detecting defects
Develop multi-modal AI solutions using Computer Vision (OpenCV) and OCR for UI understanding and validation
Create Python-based frameworks to interact with real-world hardware systems (HIL) via USB, Bluetooth, and Serial interfaces




Deploy and scale on-premise AI systems using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI)
Continuously improve system intelligence using feedback loops, failure analysis, and model iteration

What you bring
Experience
5+ years of software development experience with solid Python skills
Hands-on experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience with Computer Vision / OCR for real-world applications
Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium) as part of larger systems
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying scalable applications

Nice to Have
Experience with local LLMs (Ollama, Llama.cpp) and frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / RAG systems
Exposure to agentic or multi-agent systems
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) / System-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing
Familiarity with Android or iOS ecosystems
