Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Barista, located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.



The role involves taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Barista roles and Food Preparation
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a team
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is beneficial

Eligibility

Minimum 18 years of age

10+2 pass or equivalent

Prior café/food service experience preferred

Good communication & customer service skills

Physically fit to stand/work long hours

Basic knowledge of coffee making & hygiene practices

Must have Aadhar Card and PAN Card
