We’re Hiring – : Telecaller / BDE

Job Title: Telecaller / BDE
Location : Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
Salary : Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months (in telecalling or sales)
Qualification : Graduation Mandatory
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART, Praid India, and the company website.
Call potential customers to understand their requirements and share product details.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain sales and purchase records, including billing and invoicing.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
Maintain customer data and communication history.
Use computer applications (Excel, Word, email, etc.) efficiently.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Knowledge of lead management from IndiaMART / Praid India preferred.
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
