Job Description
Study customer RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements
Collaborate with design, application, and engineering teams to develop feasible machine concepts using Solidworks 3D model
Identify the right and Cost effective component (e.g., Machine Element, actuators, motors, sensors, PLCs) and ensure technical compatibility.
Estimate machine cycle time, throughput, and performance metrics
Prepare accurate cost estimations based on concept design, components, bought-outs, and man-hours to build machine
Develop preliminary BOM (Bill of Materials) with Costing,



in coordination with the engineering team
Create and Submit techno-commercial proposals,
Participate in technical discussions or clarification meetings with customers
Visit the customer site whenever required

Desired profile
Experience:- 5-7yr
Education:- Diploma B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Sound knowledge of CAD software (Auto CAD & Solid works) is must.
Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and assembly techniques will be an added advantage.
Team handling experience.
