Role Overview

We are a Chennai-based IT solutions company seeking a mid-level Accounts & Finance Executive to support and manage daily accounting and finance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting operations, taxation compliance, and cloud-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
Manage GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and documentation
Support Income Tax filings, and statutory audits
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance
Work on cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho Books or similar platforms




Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
B.Com or M.Com with relevant accounting experience
4â5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
Experience using cloud-based accounting tools (Zoho Books preferred)
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
