Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
Help with patch management, system updates, and security configurations.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects and daily operations.
Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.




Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, and system administration tools is a plus.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced workplace.
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.

Referred Qualifications:
Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
