Your Role

We are looking for an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultant with solid expertise in UKG Pro / Workforce Management (WFM) modules.
Lead and support UKG Pro / UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Design, configure, and test UKG business processes
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Manage integrations between UKG and third‑party systems (ERP, Advantages, Payroll vendors)
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution




Prepare functional/technical documentation and user guides

Your Profile
4+ years of hands‑on experience in UKG / Kronos implementations
Solid knowledge of UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
Experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence modules
Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes
Experience with UKG configurations, rules, and workflows
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Experience working in implementation and support projects
