ü Work in close coordination with Sales, Service, Stateside & GOSC teams
Design recent process to support products/metrics
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Essential Functions
Continuous Improvement
Identify right methodology/approach for projects.
Re-baseline the metrics
Process Reengineering
Create process map and value stream map for current product modify existing processes that may not be working appropriately.
Design right metrics to gage process health for different areas.
Identify automation opportunities.
Data Analysis
‘Not In Positive Order’ analysis for offshore
Re-baselining of metrics
