Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Java Technical Lead with 8–10 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Core Java and Spring Boot. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines robust technical depth with proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering customer-facing solutions in an IT services setting.s a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend systems while ensuring adherence to best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and agile delivery. You will play a critical role in driving technical decisions, mentoring team members, and enabling productive development through the integration of contemporary AI-assisted tools.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns, along with a passion for writing clean,



testable code using frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
In addition to technical leadership, you will contribute to project planning, agile execution, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
