Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — On-site

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: US Shift — 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen IT candidates for US-based job openings.
Work with job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and staffing partners.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in Excel/Google Sheets or ATS.
Negotiate rates and coordinate offer/onboarding processes when required.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain robust candidate relationships.
Stay updated on US IT technologies, job market trends, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Knowledge of technologies,



job portals, and Boolean search is preferred.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a night-shift setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred
Experience with US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, or Recruitment.
Familiarity with US work authorization types such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
