Job Description:

Machines / Equipment

Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following machines:
Vial Filling & Sealing Machine
Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine
Pre-filled Syringe Filling Machine
Vial Washing Machine

Key Responsibilities
Operate aseptic area machines as per SOP, BMR and GMP requirements.
Perform machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.
Monitor machine parameters, filling accuracy, speed and output.
Handle loading/unloading of vials, ampoules, syringes and components.
Perform routine in-process checks and maintain production records.
Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures and contamination-control requirements.
Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for troubleshooting.
Maintain machine logbooks, batch records and other required documentation.




Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surrounding areas.
Follow EHS, 5S, GMP and SOP compliance at all times.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / relevant technical qualification.
Experience: 2–8 years in Pharma Sterile / Aseptic Production preferred.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the above machines.
Valuable understanding of GMP, aseptic practices and cleanroom procedures.
Ability to work in shift operations.
Candidates with experience in sterile injectable manufacturing will be preferred.
