Tracking and vendor management
Transport Data Management & MIS
Escort Security alignment
Routing & cab utilization
Billing and Payments
Addressing cab users' concerns
Attending ad hoc cab requests
Cab EHS management

Responsibilities

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
To be aware of cab automation tools and their perks

Qualifications

Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2-year relevant experience required from corporate companies in Employee Transportation Domain
Robust analytical, writing and communication skills
Robust organizational and multi-tasking skills
