Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of industrial laundry machines at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
Inspect, repair, and replace defective components.
Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
Provide technical support and basic operator training to customers.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical assistance.
Ensure timely completion of service assignments while maintaining high Customer satisfaction.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
1â2 years of experience in field service of industrial machinery.




Experience in laundry machinery will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
Ability to work independently and at customer sites.
Physically fit to handle installation and service activities.
