Job Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating the school’s academic programs and policies.
Supervise and mentor teaching staff, conducting regular performance appraisals and facilitating career development.
Oversee curriculum development, ensuring alignment with national standards and the school’s vision.
Manage day‑to‑day administrative duties, including timetabling, resource allocation, and disciplinary procedures.
Lead initiatives to enhance student achievement, wellbeing, and co‑curricular activities.
Coordinate parent‑teacher interactions, addressing concerns and fostering community engagement.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource procurement in collaboration with the school’s management team.
Ensure compliance with education regulations, health and safety guidelines, and accreditation requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decision making and strategic planning.
Represent the school at external events, seminars, and educational forums as needed.





Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification and registration with the appropriate state education authority.
Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and pedagogical best practices.
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and the regional language of instruction.

Desired Experience
Minimum of 8–10 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Assistant Principal, or similar).
Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and managing school operations.
Experience with digital learning platforms and school management software.
