Job Summary:
The Team Member will be responsible for ensuring effective and courteous service of food and beverages to guests. The role also involves maintaining high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure complete store readiness before operations begin.
Greet customers and take orders courteously and accurately.
Upsell and suggest menu items to maximize revenue.
Prepare and present guest bills correctly.
Follow all store policies and maintain hygiene and grooming standards.
Assist the Shift Supervisor in preparing store requisitions.
Execute any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
Strive for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass
Hotel Management qualification preferred
Required Skills:
Strong customer service and time management skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to service
Ability to work well in a team
Previous experience in food service or customer handling is a plus but not mandatory
Self-motivated and proactive
Other Details:
Experience Required: Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage
Work Timings: Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
