Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director – Sales to lead and scale our business across GCC, GIC, and Captive units globally. This role demands a strategic leader with a robust hunting mindset who can drive large-scale revenue growth and establish executive relationships with key global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in enterprise deal closures, multi-million-dollar engagements, and go-to-market strategy execution within the GCC/GIC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities




Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for GCC/GIC/Captive segments.
Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and overall business growth across regions.
Drive large-scale current logo acquisition and enterprise deal closures.
Build and maintain relationships with CxO-level stakeholders across global captive organizations.
Lead complex deal cycles including solutioning, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.
Partner with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Bring deep insights into GCC/GIC trends and represent the organization in industry forums.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years in enterprise/IT sales with leadership experience.
Proven success in closing large, complex deals (multi-million USD).
Robust understanding of GCC/GIC/Captive ecosystems.
Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
