Drive sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.
Manage distributors and strengthen the retail network.
Appoint recent distributors and expand market coverage.
Increase secondary sales and ensure product availability.
Build robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.




Execute trade schemes, promotions, and market development activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.
Strong experience in Distributor Management, Channel Sales, and Territory Management.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
